CHEATS BEACH AND GYM


Had a wonderful day at the beach and cheated on my diet a tad! Had a caramel latte and half of a piece of banana bread for breakfast! Had a healthy frappe and 2 apples for lunch and then just took a scoop of body effects! Honestly drinking body effects makes me feel sick, it's so strong, I'm not a fan of cordials either so that's probably why. Anyway I'm off to the gym now to do lots of cardio and maybe a little bit of abs! Does anyone know of a better flavour of body effects and how has it gone for you?
