FIRST DAY BACK AT GYM
First day back at gym was super intimidating! Haven't been for around two and a half month but I had the sudden motivation to try and see a difference in my body in the next two weeks. I only lasted half an hour but my work out was high intensity for the first hard exercise I've done in that period of time. I did a 10 minute run at 11km/h. Followed by a leg workout including horizontal leg presses at 25kg (3sets 10 reps). Then 45 10kg squats. 4 lots of walking lunges, 3sets 5-6 reps of squat rows and 10 bicep curls at 10kg.
Hoping I do better tomorrow, but not really sure as I have work from 530am-2pm which always leaves me fairly tired but I'm going to try even if it's something small :)
